Return Process
- 1.Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your package, providing your order number and clear photos of any product defects or damage.
- 2.Review and Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your submission to verify the issue and will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the request is approved.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided in your approval email, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or initiate a reproduction of your custom order within 5-7 business days.
